Rita Burgett-Martell is a Professor of Business Transformation at the Cambridge Corporate University, the Global Director of Business Transformation Department at the CPI International Group, and the author of Change Ready! How to Turn Change Resistance into Change Readiness.

She has over 20 years experience leading large-scale enterprise-wide global change initiatives that encompass technology, process, post-merger integration and organizational restructuring and consolidation. She has provided business transformation expertise and thought leadership to C-level executives at Fortune 500 corporations including Cisco, Microsoft, Symantec, Astra-Zeneca, Genentech, Chevron, Seimens, and MedImmune. She was a Senior Director of Organizational Change at Oracle Corporation and KPMG Consulting, and has operated her own consulting firm, Strategic Transformations, since 2001'' and she currently occupies the position of Global Director Business Transformation at the CPI International Group with projects and activities in more than 19 countries worldwide.
